I felt unwell and was diagnosed with a cardiac issue, after Kathryn insisted, I go to the hospital. Thank Goodness I did! Following Kathryn’s plan and working with my doctors. I lost weight and people could not believe how well I was looking. I felt so much better in myself and had the energy to return to work.
